It's different in every state, but I think New York may be one of the few (if not the only) state that requires kids to take the Regents exams.

This week I have to take the Global History regents on Thursday, the Biology on Friday and Math B next week.

Dunno, I was just curious if anyone else has to or took these.

Well, I have never heard of them here in AZ.

We might have a test like that under a different name. But, sorry, can't help you.

Since I'm a senior NO REGENTS FOR ME! But if you're interested in scores:

Math Course I - 100
Math Course II - 97
Math Course III - 98
Biology - 97
Chemistry - 93
Physics - 90
Global History - 99
US History - 99
English - 99
Spanish - 97

Yeah last year I also had Math A Regents and Earth Science regents. I failed Math the first time in January, so I took the course over the rest of last year and passed it the second time last June. Let's see how well I do on this year's.

Bio I am not worried about whatsoever. SS I will need to put in some effort, but i'm not too worried either. Math B is where my concerns are. There's so many stuff to remember. At least on my practice exams I'm doing better and better each time.

I never took the Regents Exams. I never considered a career in the monarchy.

Just took the Math 107 state test. Fairly easy, especially since I could check it all with the calculator. Don't know the score yet though.

...but the classroom was so freaking stuffy and uncomfortable. I could barely think.

I'm pretty sure that it isn't a state test...

The hell with you, LU.

Okay, the Math 107 "final."

No update for you, boy. That'll learn you to correct me.

Oh, and I got a 94. Not bad.

Unfortunately I live in NY as well...

On your transscript, there's only a "pass" or "fail" right? Anyway, my grades are like this:

Math A - 95
Global - 96
Biology - 89
Chemistry - 86

I had trouble with bio my freshman year (do you take it sophmore year or somethin Knux?) and I really didn't try on the Chemistry.

Wrong. But I don't think colleges outside of NY care a whole lot about Regents scores.

Yeah, I took Bio is my sophomore year because I took Earth Science freshman year. The only way you take bio freshman year in my school is if you're ahead. You took Bio in 9th grade without being in advanced Sciences or something?

At my school, you have a choice between Bio and Earth Science as a freshman. Due to that, I graduated without ever taking rock class, hehheh.
