What's your schedule for this coming school year? I got mine a few weeks ago:

1. Modern European History
2. Honors Pre-Calculus
3. French 3
4. Health/Honors English 11/Free
5. Strings/Choir
6. Lunch
7. Chemistry (lab period)/Honors English 11/Free
8. Chemistry

I might try to squeeze a visual art class in there somewhere...

Any of you Student Gov.?

Andre's school (I used to go to) is going to have it's election for 2005-2006 year (election beigins at the end of the 04-05 year) sort of like the presidential..

Pres/Running Mate

You'll vote in your 4th period class

The majority of what the class says counts as one vote.

This keeps the amount of votes minimal.

You start campaining in DEC, and the election is in April

^^Oh, English was always my favorite class, too. I'm just glad that I don't have to take the, "Let's relearn EVERYTHING about the English language!" kind of class in college.

Still waiting on mine. I'm not sure whether the school sends them through mail or not. I'd be surprised if it didn't.

1st Semester:
IAH 203: Latin America & the World (I)
ISS 330a: Africa Social Science Perspectives
SPN 310: Basic Spanish Grammar
TE 250: Human Diversity, Power, and Opportunity in Social Institutions

The first two are general university requirements, the third is my major, and the fourth is a prerequisite for the School of Education.

2nd Semester:
ISB 204: Applications of Biomedical Sciences
ISB 208L: ISB Lab
TE 150: Reflections on Learning
LIN 401: Introduction to Linguistics
CLA 160: Myth, Legend, and JRR Tolkien

The first two are more university requirements, the TE is for teaching, LIN 401 is a cognate, and CLA 160 is an elective.

I'm pretty psyched.
