I started school today, it was soooo boring, School officially began at 7:25. we had to go to homeroom to get everything situated Homeroom: same homeroom as last year (of course), long and boring with just getting lockers and all, we just talked among each other 1st Period: English II 7:30-8:18 Went over rules and all, a bunch of people I knew, I only was really friends with three Omar, Jello, and Jon The teacher was nice, and she looks kinda good (hell she's 24 I can say that) 2nd Period: Chemistry 8:25-9:19 Only black teacher I have, Mr. Harris, he's real cool, and laid back, he's a "floater" the room we're in though has two iguanas in a cage. He made us introduce ourselves and things about us, and everything, then we went over what we'll be doing in that particular class. 3rd Period: Theater 9:25- 10:20 the teacher was nice, he knew me through my brother, who he had taught 1-2 years back. We just went over plays and things we'd be doing. 4th Period Algebra II/Lunch 10:30- 12:12 A Lunch 10:30-11:05 I have the first lunch, I hate that casue I always end up hungry again by sixth period. It wasn't as good as luinch last year since the people I usually hang out with, excluding 2 weren't there. Plus the food wasn't too good, I had to rely on a bag of cheetos. The actual class sucked, this guy is the only one of my teachers I DONT like. HE was so boring and dull, and after we checked and recieved our books and stuff, he just dished out work and crap 5th Period: Spanish II Honors: 12:20- 1:14 I like Mrs. Lea becasue I had her last year, for the same subject, the way she teaches is great, we don't use textbooks in her class, we do everything (yes EVERYTHING) together and out loud, last year she tol us that there were no C's in any of her classes what so ever. 6th Period: ART I: 1:20- 2:15 BORING! All we did was do some "still life" crap that included a mess of crap on a table that we had to draw, ACK! And we can't even communicate the slightest bit, the lady herself though is okay. In short, I hate it, It's boring, and not many of my friends are in my classes, so, VERY long year. |

First period Geometry, not bad. Already know the teacher because I had her first semester of last year in Algebra 1. Second Period, German I. The teacher seems nice enough, and I'm in with a couple friends. Third, LA. One of the most annoying teachers ever. None of my friends. Fourth is World History. Cool teacher, and people I know from my last year's LA class. Fifth, Band. I swear, Mr. Mason (the band director) is the greatest teacher on the face of the planet. Had him last year too, of course. Also, the class with most of my friends (as well as my brother and his friends). Finally, Chemistry. Creepy stoner-teacher, but I sit right next to a good friend, so it should be fun. Overall, not a bad day. |

What the hell kind of school do you go to? Addica elementary? Sanquinten jr. High? Pelican Bay High? Singsing University? (First person to get what I was talking about gets a snickerdoodle the size of the famous fatboy) ...After that, I am never EVER complaining about school starting on August 18th. But what time did you have to get up? I have to get up at the crack of dawn. |

Here's my schedule: Period 1 (8:05): Modern European History I've heard many horror stories about the course itself, but my 8th grade Social Studies teacher might be teaching this class, which is a very good thing. He's awesome--I'll never forget the time he had someone flicker the lights while he rapped the Preamble. Period 2: Honors Pre-Calculus In a word: EEK. I don't know how I let my Algebra II teacher talk me into this. I'll have to bring lots of Mountain Dew to class to keep me alert. Several of my friends will be in the class, though, so we can cry on each other's shoulders. Period 3: French 3 Love this class. Same teacher, same classroom, same seven classmates, just like the end of last year never happened. Period 4: Honors British Literature A lot of my friends will be in this class. TONS of reading. Fun fun. Period 5: Strings/Choir, alternating daily Same as it's always been: my favorite period. Period 6: Lunch We get this entire period to roam around campus (off-campus for Seniors) and do whatever we want. The school's lunch is buffet-style, and for the most part it's pretty good. Probaby going to get some friends together and order a pizza on the first day. Period 7: Free Double lunch all the way, unless it's a lab day or a Health day. We occasionally get free periods in Choir and Strings when the teachers are absent, in which case I'll have triple lunch. Two hours and fifteen minutes of free time. Woo! Period 8 (Ends at 3:10): Chemistry Same teacher I had for Integrated Science in ninth grade. One of my best friends is in the class, and we've already declared ourselves lab partners. Good times. We run on a six-day schedule ("A"-"F"). "B" and "E" days are "Flip Days," on which our 4th period classes are swapped with our 7th period classes. I have Health 4th period on "E" days. Not bad. Can't wait till the Fall Drama starts. |

This year is about the same, except I get a longer Christmas break! Digi, you're naming prisons. I'll be expecting that Snickerdoodle. And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!" |

I have to show up for an orientation, but then my classes start at 10 and are short periods. I'm pretty lucky, really! |
