It didn't last year. I know the new SAT was supposed to have an essay starting this month.

I took the old SATs and got a 990. This was a year or two ago.

I took the ACT, but not the SAT. My ACT score was high enough that I am able to get into any of the colleges here in the state.

Weird, I always thought a lot of you were older than me, and here I am waiting for acceptance letters and you have taken your tests yet... Wow, this is rare: I feel old.

I took the SAT I once: 1460 = 780M, 680V.

It's optional. You can choose between the standard ACT and the "ACT plus writing," which is just what it sounds like - the normal ACT, plus an essay.

I still haven't gotten my official SAT score report, but I found an unofficial one online.

Math: 710
Reading: 670
Writing: 740 (10 out of 12 on the essay)

I don't know how they score it now. If they did it the old-fashioned way, I'd have gotten a 1380.

Just took the ACT today, so I don't have my score back, obviously. However, I did get a composite 26 on Princeton Review's practice test. I know people usually do better the second time around, but for some reason, I feel like I did worse.

I have no intentions of taking the SAT, as long as I do well enough on the ACT.

*finally signs topic*

Mentally I didn't get TOO tired until around section 8...those prep classes I took kinda helped me out in that aspect. And I took it in the same room as one of my old friends from way back which was cool. As for the test itself I'm feeling confident about it.

28 on my ACT

Probably could've gotten a 30 if I was prepared for the reading section.

I got my scores in the mail today. I'm slightly disappointed, to be honest.

Verbal: 590
Math: 620
Writing 670
