I came back to pick someone up at the end of hte day and there were police everywhere. Supposedly a 14-year old kid entered the school with a gun while everyone wwas in class. Once the story is on the news, I'll post it here. Last edited by Eagle Eye; 11-09-2006 at 03:44 PM. Reason: Spelling errorororor |

Really sad because I've had a few run-ins with the kid, and not all were good (mainly because he'd just randomly run into people or hit people for no reason). |

Wouldn't you know, not all kids who bring guns to school are dangerous. A friend of mine last year was expelled for having his AK-47 in the trunk of his car. Those doing a random search of the parking lot were suspicious when they found two samurai swords in the backseat. It's interesting to note that he was acquitted of the weapons charge, because he had no ammunition with him whatsoever, and to have a weapon locked in your trunk not loaded is legal (but obviously against school policy). As for the swords, I think he got some sort of misdemeanor for possessing exotic weapons. Why did he have the swords? Because he used them for a costume party the night before. Why did he own an AK-47? Just because he'd always wanted one, and he was showing it off. You can't make this stuff up. |

He didn't just say, "Imma cutchu," he actually took out the knife and held it close to my gut. He got 3 days suspension. This was the first weapon incident we'd had since I was in 1st grade (back then a 6th grader brought a gun to school and was expelled), and he only got 3 days for it. And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!" |

We got the opposite of lockdown. The school forced all the students off campus, where rioters(and innocents alike) were shot with these rubber pellet guns, and bean bags. __________________ |
