Notes for art, Writing...

IN AN ART BOOK?!?!?

Someone please tell me how wrong this is....

I'm kind of confused, myself, why this would be so alarming. Is this art book about graphical art? Is it an art book as in an instructional thing, a gallery of works around a subject, or a historical retrospect on stuff? I've seen a lot of instructional books ("How to draw comic book characters", etc.) where they have a brief section on creating plots and so forth.

^ I don't know. It just doesn't seem right. We have to take pictures and write notes in it. As well as notes on styles of art.
