SPRING BREAK...is not here yet

WEll... when do you have Spring Break? What days? WE were out of school because we had some bad leaks that could get everyone sick (fungus problems) so we return tommorow, our spring break though is in April

You think you guys have it bad? Some people don't get it until April. Late April, even. I mean, what's the point of that? You get summer vacation in, what, early June?

I get it next week (March 29- April 2), and then we get Good Friday off on 4/9
And school is out 5/24, the senoirs get out 5/10.

I get Holy Thursday through Easter Tuesday as my spring break.
It's usually longer. My school administration hates my class.

That's really a good plan for Spring Break. A lot of people want Eastertime free to go visit relatives or whatever. But it wouldn't work for my school. We get out in late May. What would be the point of having a break, forgetting everying that we've learned thus far in the fourth quarter, and then coming back and having to prepare for exams?

well, the intention was to have ours going into the 9th Quarter, but the weather was like 30s and 40s, not ideal "spring" Weather

Mid-April for us.

..I hate how the school systems are run. ALL of the Christian holidays there is no school, but what about Jewish holidays? Surely they aren't racist and think that we don't celebrate our holidays? Whatever.

^ One of my old schools gave us Jewish holidays off, but not Good Friday. Then again, more than 50% of the kids who went to my school were from Jewish families.

Our school system renamed "Christmas Break" to "Winter Break" Because peole got pissed that it was to religious, and I was thinking, America has turned it into commercialism
