Well I found this very funny.

Ok, today was along like any other day, until 3rd period.
I get a pass to go to school security guard, right away.
So, I take my stuff, and head down there, and what happens when I get there? Some dude supposedly told the security guard that I had weed in my locker.
And, without even saying anything, they search my backpack, they search every part of me, then they went to my locker, but they didn't just break the lock, no they broke the whole thing down. They search every inch of it, and find nothing.

Later they tell me that it was just a misunderstanding and they were just doing there job, but here the thing, that dude no evidence that I had drugs on me, so just cause some one says it means its true?

Now, I gotta buy a new lock, I gotta wait to be re-assigned a locker, so I gotta carry around my books all day long, and they didn't even do anything to that kid.

Wtf kind of BS is this?

It's stupid, but unfortunately, constitutional rights seem to not apply to schools. They don't necessarily need probable cause to search you, that's just how it works.

Thats exactly what I told em, they had no probable cause to search me, but then again, I am just a freshman.

Pretty much, even at Christian schools, I got pushed around a lot last year. Just wait till you're a Sophomore Bartman, things'll get better, everyone else is just a prick pretty much.

Well, if you develop a back problem, you've got a nice lawsuit on your hands.

Seriously, though, they should at least have enough respect for their own property to just open the locker normally, whether they cut the lock off or not.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

There are no rights anymore.

I hope I don't get pulled over for having 'drug paraphernalia'.
My job issued me a parking permit, #420.

Seriously, though, that's pretty damn screwed up, CTT. Have you tried asking for them to pay for a replacement lock?

I talked with the office yesterday during 4th period.
They said they're gonna pay for everything, and also, they have suspended the kid that said I had weed.
Atm, I am sharing a locker with a friend, but I don't know how long its gonna take for my new locker.

I mean how do you fit all that in there? Are high school lockers better than middle school ones?

Yeah lol.
They're like 10x bigger.
Besides, we only have our books in there, not our backpacks.

Let's put it this way:

In my Junior High, the Lockers were about 2-2.5 feet. In high school they're 5-6 feet.

^I don't find him funny, but I find that picture hilarious.

Sucks though Bartman, that's just part of being under 18, it's all throughout highschool. You don't have any official rights as a human being until you're 18.
