Unconventional test answers.

Okay, first off, I realize this should probably go on another board. My rational is that it's kinda related, and it seems to me that a lot of the people that post here might benefit from a good laugh.

I was in a really bad mood when somebody directed me to this, and it made it all better.

I like the story that says about the teacher giving his students a 500 word essay on "What is Bravery?" After marking very good paper, he eventually got to one that only had two words. They were "This is!".

Actually true story now. My old Biology teacher gave us a test once. One of the questions was name these four parts of the flower. So I named the Tom, Dick, Harry, and Michael.

I too received this in an e-mail. I love how the teacher actually likes the TMNT one.

No. There is an elephant in the way.

I loved the problem where the student got frustrated, blotched up the paper, and put a little dude hanging from the square root sign. It reminded me of an online comic strip.

There's a Facebook group called "No. There is an elephant in the way." that has a ton of these.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

If you like those, you'll love Peter Nguyen's essays: stupidessays - Stupid EssaysÂ*

There's a few more that are not on there- my fav is where it gets about a paragraph or two in and the teacher writes "Not again Peter..."

Funny stuff. I remember writing an essay for my first serious teacher; 1.5 out of 10. You really learn more from your failure than your successes; looks like this guy was just trying to fast-track his learning.
