I know this, and I'm not defending them, I'm just saying that kids are going to be kids. I don't care what your parents taught you, you can be taught "right or wrong" or etiquette all your life, it's your decision to chose it though.

I was never taught theater etiquette till I took a theater class my sophomore year of high school. I don't think it was something my parents ever went over because we never really went to a theatrical production.

Well, it's basically the same etiquette as a movie theater: Don't talk, don't throw things, don't block people's view, that sort of stuff.

School settings always irritated me beyond belief, and I was required by law to attend. I don't respond well to that, either.

It's not that I've ever been incredibly disruptive to any plays, the most we were forced to sit through were pointless motivational assemblies and choir/orchestra shows. I didn't go out of my way to disrupt anything, then, but I was hardly cooperative with the teachers when they'd try to hush me.

Don't know about you, but I've never been to too many showings where there isn't someone being loud and obnoxious.

Sometimes that kind of stuff is funny, you know when there are like 20 people in there and they all just are having a good time. When you have a packed house though, no, it sucks.
