They need to unmake a few Star Trek movies before they start making new ones. Start with 'Nemesis' and 'Insurrection'. Oh, and the idea of anyone other than Shatner playing Kirk is practically dripping with fail. |

Romulan politics = yawn. Picard clone sucks. Federation all-terrain vehicle is about as dumb as it gets. The Enterprise rams an enemy ship. Doesn't sound like much, but bear in mind it's been a few years--I'm probably forgetting a lot of stupid, stupid crap. |

Soon, it shall have several Topics in the Things that Suck Forum. Also, what's wrong with the Enterprise ramming an enemy ship? |

It would be unecessary and potentially dangerous to the Enterprise as well. It's the same reason you don't see two battleships ramming into each other in the middle of the Pacific: they'd both suffer incredible damage and they would probably both be disabled. I've never seen the movie, so I may be wrong as far as the circumstances, but still. |

Doesn't make it any less of a stupid idea, of course. Not unless you're a tremendous fan of hull breaches. |

We'll break their ship asunder and send them all howling to Davy Jones!' |

So screw spoilering from this point on. I was looking at IMDB, and apparently Jonathan Frakes refused to shave off his thick luxuriant pelt of back-hair for his love/'tough love' scene with Marina Sirtis, so they had to remove it digitally. That's either the sh*ttiest use of special effects ever, or the most humane. Can't decide which. |

By next month, the movie will probably be delayed to August, then October, and so on. Like the way that Brawl was supposed to be released on June '06, it took like 20 or so months before it was really released. |
