| Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2000 Location: Brandon, MS Gender: Posts: 5,517 Thanks: 43 Thanked 55 Times in 48 Posts | Go to your volume controls, Options>Properties, then, from the two options available(Playback and Recording), choose "Recording", and close the properties window. Then, from your recording options, choose "Stereo Mixer", and close the window. You'll be able to record your computer's sounds from Sound Recorder. Also, to get a good quality recording, go to Sound Recorder, go to File>Properties, then the properties window will pop up, click "Convert now", and yet another window will appear. On the topmost drop-down box, go to "CD Quality", and click "OK", then "OK" again on the properties window. [ June 23, 2004, 01:12 PM: Message edited by: Mushroom. ] |
