UGH. FREAKIN 'ELL.

My stupid computer is now screwed up. Well, not screwed up to type this, but it's still screwed up. For one thing, it's in Safe Start, where the graphics are bad and and stuff. It says when I restart that msconfig (that's the name) cannot be found. Can someone please help?

You should wipe down the harddrive and delete everything using the Windows CD-Rom. That should do it.

Second edit: DB, you're a life saver. I managed to get it back up at optimal speed AND my files are left.

Yes, I do. We have probably had everything done to our computers. Plus, it helped him.

Yeah, the problem was probably an important DLL file was deleted. I restored everything. The only problem was my internet connection screwed up a bit. However, I managed to fix it.
