I know there's a little Open Source thingamajigger called LiteStep. Haven't tried it, but I think my roommate downloaded it, although he didn't stick with it.

(When it says "enter your Username and password here," enter the username and passwords "myinfoisnotfree". Both times.)

It does. It's an icon for Arcsoft Photostudio, and my twisted sense of humor. The ZSNES icon's name is 'ILLEGAL = FUN'.

My start bar also says things like "Humanity is a cancer that can be cured with fire" or "Hey hot momma.. You wanna kill all humans?".
