mySQL databases

I'm a total newbie on this, but want to implenment one for my website. I basically need it to allow me to enter game info pages, and dynamically populate a list for my viewers to select from. Any help at all would be greatly appeciated. Most languages would be fine, I'm just assuming that mySQL would be best.

I've never done much with mySQL... besides heard of them, anyway. And 99% of VGFers are probably too stupid to answer your question. I'd take it elsewhere.
