I need help with my computer suddenly everythings bigger

Your resolution's probably been changed. Just right click on the main screen, go to Properties, click on Settings and change the Screen Size until you're back to the resolution you're comfortable with.

my computer was just doing something wierd because it's fine now

You were probably in a program with a lower resolution, but for whatever reason your comp didn't convert back when you exited.
