I need help

I have posted this befor but I need to know how to fix my Sonic advanced game my rings from the normal game don't go to tiney chao garden any more how do I fix it.

I don't know.I will try to find out how to fix it for you but it might take i while for answer because i got to ask all my friends if they know and if that doesn't work i might have to search.So i will try to help solve your problem.

You erased your one player data, didn't you? To continue getting rings in the Tiny Chao Garden, you must collect as many rings as you did before you erased your data.

The only thing I managed to find is this:

Easy Rings for Chao Garden
Play the first level. Press Start + Select + A + B to reset the game after you
hear the chime. Go to the Chao Garden and you will have the rings that were
collected.

yes I did but I got past that leval.
