So this week/month/year's topic is the new handhelds being developed by Sony and Nintendo. Which do you prefer, which do you think will be better, and which do you think will survive in the marketplace? In terms of Sega support, it neither system has gotten much. DS has Sonic DS, which sounds cool. I was hoping that one of the systems would be able to hold a masterpiece like Sonic Adventure or Skies of Arcadia would be cool. Right now I'm leaning towards the DS since it was redesigned to look much cooler(http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=56167), but ultimately I don't know if I want to splurge on first generation equipment. Plus I want a new guitar |

If I remember correctly, even Sega's own Game Gear beat that! All in all, DS looks to be the better system, with better software, and I'm hoping Sega puts more support behind it, 'cause I think it'll ultimately help them to do so. And remember, "I'm-a Tails, number one!" |

Voice-recognition hardware? Who's going to use that? Why don't we add the ability for it to hook up to light bulbs. Then we can all chat through its wireless terminal with Morse code. Or the ability to use sonar. Now we don't have to watch where we're going when we play the DS and walk at the same time. ... Okay, that last one was pretty cool. And chatting through morse code through lightbulbs was kinda neat sounding too. It's still unnecessary hardware. But it's COOL unnecessary hardware. |

Which still sucks. |

Glyph, software = games. I think games are pretty necessary to a gaming system. Besides, I really don't like walking while I play anyway. And remember, "I'm-a Tails, number one!" |

There's so many things that could be done with the two screens that its gonna change gaming. I really hope Sega get on the back of the DS cos when it comes to innovating, they're are up there with the best. |
