....Vehicles? Of all things, VEHICLES? He's friggen Shadow the Hedghog! He's already hella fast. If it's a plane or something, I can understand that, as Shadow can't really fly THAT high. But if it comes down to cars, it's going to be a pile of steaming ****.

All I think of when I think of this is is Android 17 from DBZ. he was hella fast and helluva strong, but he still rode around in an old van and shot people with guns. because he was just THAT badass.

I think that, if Shadows personality is developed right, his using guns and driving vehicles could turn out fine. But like I said, he shouldn't NEED them, thus no part of the game should require them. But allowing him to use them, just cuz he can, could turn out pretty cool.

i don't get y everyone is freaking out about this game...

omg, he's got a gun. the other day i was watching tv and they kissed during a commerical, like full on. the world's changing...get used to it.

this doesn't mean sega's gonna have sonic start shootin' ppl in the head and have tails be in only cars (wait...he was in sa2B, but that's besides the point!). my point is, just get over it. it's one game out of how many sega's released of sonic?

(oh...i expect the flames soon after this post...heaven forbid i post my own opinions while others get to bash those who go against their own frickin' opinions...)

Actually Tails was in the machines that he built, which was pretty cool.

They were all in karts during the Racing Courses, though.

Ok getting off the subject, I agree shooting a bullet you could out run would be pretty retarded but aren't you sick of the stupid homing attack! you get a choice to kill like that now over the gun! I'd rather shoot someone other than hit them on the head!Plus SEGA is milking sonic for every penny he's worth and when he dries out they're going to have to the sweet public what happened. ... The homing attack is a classic move. It's been here since Sonic 3 (The Fireball shield). There's no way it should be gone. It's also needed a lot in the 3D games.

I don't really like the gun idea either, but I'm one of those people who rather wait till the game comes out before I judge it. Just because Shadow have a gun doesn't mean it will be a bad game. And from what I heard theres a option you can switch the guns off, you don't have to use them if you don't want to! And if the guns still bothers you, just don't buy.

Let's not forget that Shadow IS the "Ultimate Lifeform."

And people with that sort of title tend to NOT use guns or weapons, just their own skills.

Oh well. I guess we'll see how it turns out.

Please get over yourselves. Guns are optional. This is a spinoff. Sonic can only get away with his one-trick-pony gimmick for so long. Shadow's gunplay might add to the game rather than detract.

Sonic 3 and Knuckles is highly overrated anyway (especially since a lot of Sonic fans who like the game hated Heroes and THEN decided to hate all 3-D Sonic, which is the worst BS I've ever seen.). Save your judgment when the game actually comes out.
