The comics cannot suck because they are inanimate. If they were animate, I'm sure Beam would be the first to use them as a straw.

Well durrrruh of course a game would be better than a comic. I only liked the comics when it was about Chaos. They suck now.

i've never read the other one, but i've been reading the archie ones since they first came out. the story has really died and the artwork is really rushed, save for the few times the real artists draw. i also loathe how short it is. they make the boxes hella big so that way it takes up more space and then they get huge ass ads that take up two pages. i just love the inserts for safety or some stupid crap like that where it takes up a huge chunk of the comic.

the only good times where, i think, before mina and shadow (no offense to shadow ppl, i like him too) showed up because then they just aimed it more towards the popular thing...which really wasn't what sonic games were about (i'm sure some ppl would beg to differ though).

i wish they changed it back towards plainly fighting robotnik and getting their city back and sometimes going on side quests rather than this whole stupid crap of rebuilding and making relationships...-.-U

i mean what happened to the cool stories they used to have where everyone was involved and they went to really cool places? what happened to small boxes and lots of plot? what happened to the artwork?

none of this, "more anime looking" style crap. none of this, "i hate u sonic, yet i love u so i'm going to be a ***** and help only a little" crap. i used to think sally was cool...now she bugs me. probably the only good story that was made recently was the mobius: 25 years later and it was just cool to see how everyone was in the future. other than that... [thumbs down.]

but i keep reading in hopes it'll get better...[/rant]

The comics were pretty good when I used to read them, but probably because I was a HUGER Sonic fan than I am now AND I was only 7. I've been wanting to buy a newer issue, I just hope I won't be dissapointed.

I must admit I like both comics And games I just like to read the comix.

I'm still collecting them. but the one thing I don't get is, why they don't replie from my mail? This is an Example:

Dear Archie world,

I don't like sally, if you can, could you PLEASE make her fall into a pit of lava??? It can even be in the comic! you could also make a missile and put the target on her, then she can EXPLODE!! HA HA HA HA HEE HEE! DIE DIE DEATH DEATH!!

Sally did die at one point. (End Game mini-series). It was supposed to be the end of the comics at that point, but they brought her back when they decided to keep the series going.
