Pre-E3 2005: Sonic Gems Collection
New Sonic compilation to feature some long-anticipated Hedgehog classics.
by Matt Casamassina
May 16, 2005 - It looks like Shadow won't be all alone at this year's Electronics Entertainment Expo. The SEGA mascot will be accompanied by long-time companion Sonic at the big event, IGNcube learned today. SEGA is set to unveil Sonic Gems Collection for GameCube on Wednesday.

The title, which will be fully playable, is on track to include such long-anticipated Sonic classics as Sonic the Fighters and Sonic CD.
Few additional details on the game have been released. However, some unconfirmed reports indicate that this could be a GameCube exclusive.

Stay tuned for more information on the title, including hands-on impressions, from E3 2005.

Sonic CD!

Cool. ^^ I never played Sonic CD before and I only played the Arcade Sonic the Fighters once, so I'm very excited about this. ^_^

Haven't you guys heard? There are no more GameCube exclusives....they'll all play on Ninty's Revolution too.

And remember, "I'm-a Tails, number one!"

Sometime next year. Most likely around this time of the year. Spring to Summer. I think they want to get it out before PS3.

Anyone who calls "Super Sonic Racing" a bad song needs a swift kick in the rear.

This game sounds very... interesting. So does Sonic Rush. I hope those games become part of my game collection.
