Oh, I think that's something WAAAAAAY out of date (before my time even).

EDIT: I did some looking into this and it's from a contest VGF did in 2000.

I found the signal ring and got the pop-up window saying I was close, 3 times, but I'm still not any closer to finding the page can you give us another hint lol.

^I was going to ask the same thing. I mean the first clue in "the source" doesn't even hint as to where the signal ring is. all it says is
"Oh, if you need help, there should be a SIGNAL RING hidden nearby."

that's not a hint that's just vague!

EDIT: Well, the new system is implemented. It is about 90% the same as the old one. The only difference is the actual method of getting to the page (hint: it now involves clicking). And what it means? Only there is 2 pages and one is the not-so-secret and only you have to find another page with the very real secret page?

In what page? Pop-up window? It is the Super Monkey Ball Headquarters page pop-up or it is other page?
