So, I have a question, a broad one, I guess.

I'm getting a PS3 for Christmas, and I'm getting Rock Band for it, but I could prolly get one more game too, does anyone have any ideas for what game I should get?

Assassins Creed has an interesting storyline and gameplay.

Resistance: FoM is a good shooter.

Elder Scolls IV: Oblivion (unless you've already got it on Xbox) is a Vast RPG. You can spend a-g-e-s doing other stuff before starting the main storyline.

'Oblivion' would be a good bet. Kept me busy for about five months, that one did. Lots to do.

If that doesn't strike your fancy, I'd check out 'Folklore' or 'Uncharted'.

I would say a DDR game, but thats just me. Maybe drawn to life? It looks like it sucks, but if you can draw good it's pretty fun.
