Any thoughts?

(Sorry that this is semi-old news, and sorry if there's already a topic on it.)

One of the reasons why I'd never spend thousands on a plasma screen.

I could see it usable in plexiglass and other stuff such as advertising and stuff. I can see it used well in marketing and for business practices. As far as casual and personal everyday use...it's too soon to tell. (Note how the screen gets damaged when bent too harshly) It will probably be a cheap alternative for using a full LED or plasma screen television set in a business or club, however.

You're underestimating the technology. Expect screens that can roll up for storage in a decade or two, possibly even clothing with video inserts, eventually.

Yeah I could see people putting them on their shirts then putting them through the washer and dryer. Expect that to work? Lol

Think more like a hat or similar outerwear apparel. Also, emphasis on the "inserts" part of the sentence.

I've seen people in animated LED shirts already.
You can just imagine Kristen Kringle the crazy Christmas lady with one of these.
