If the Texans have enough confidence in Davis, they won't draft Bush at all. When you draft a player first overall, you're typically making a long-term commitment to that player. If they draft Bush, they'll trade Davis if anyone.

For the Colts, I'd LIKE to see Lawrence Maroney drafted in the first round if he falls to us, but quite possibly we're gonna trade out of the first round and go high into the second, in which case we can draft Brian Calhoun.
