Thumbs down Is It Me Or Did Billick and Co. Do Wright Wrong?

Maybe it's just me, but was Billick's head too far up his ass on the issue of Boller to see what Wright did? He may not have won but 2 games, but he put the Ravens in a situation to win just about all of them.

Yet when Boller, a still unproven guy who can't seem to move the ball, AT ALL, comes back, WRight is cast to the side as if he did nothing.

No, he's not the greatest QB ever (far from it), but he did what the Ravens needed him to, and he put them in winning situations (even though 5 times out of the 7 games he started, they didn't capitalize). Yes, he made some mistakes, but ultimately, minus Boller's two games at the end of last season, he had a better season this year than Boller has in the last two.

Whatever, I'm sure he'll do okay with Cincy while Palmer still recovers (he won't be back week 1, I'll tell you that).

Anthony Wright is horrible, and always will be.

At least Boller has the potential, whereas Wright is a castaway no one wants anymore

no Wright is a good QB but because the Ravens D wasnt keeping the lead and giving up scores they havent won that many games
Wright is a very skilled QB and all he needs some recievers to catch the ball

wright isnt great, defenses just underestimated him bcuz they figured "how good can KYLE BOLLER's backup be?"

and judging by the rate palmer is improving i think he'll b back by week 1. i dont think he'll b 100%, but he'll b back.

Wright is a good QB not great i didnt say that but
he is good enough to win games
and Palmer might not be ready cause comming back from a leg injury is one of the toughest things to come back from

Well the thing is, Wright is a vet, so defenses knew what they were getting.

Again, he wasn't great, and he failed in his previous experiences, but he put Baltimore in good position to win the games they were in.

Should've at least let the guy finish the season, I don't think Boller will amount to much in his career, and you and everyone else here can quote me on that.

If years down the line, he proves himself, I will give up on any possible playing career I have.

It doesn't matter anymore. Steve McNair, if he doesn't go down on injury, is reunited with his old partner Derrick Mason, and he now has Mark Clayton and Todd Heap to throw to as well. -CSM

Never said it still mattered. All I said was that it was wrong
