ya, the jags are underrated. which is scary considering how good everyone knows their defense to be (exception being the inconsistency that def has shown in recent years. 1 week they post a shutout, the next allowing 30+ points). for a team i care nothing about, im liking their young offense. tall, big wr's and te's: matt jones - 6'6, reggie williams - 6'4, ernest wilford - 6'4, kyle brady - 6'6, mercedes lewis - 6'6.

im not saying leftwich is peyton manning slow, but i see him more around the same speed as trent green. not fast or quick, but enough to be elusive (especially in the pocket). the reason he can bowl anyone in his way over is more a product of that 6'5 242 lb frame than his "staight-line speed".

Only thing I can think of is spending too much money on a kicker that ultimately got injured (Clots) while letting your Pro-Bowl back leave, or signing your QB at a discount under the premise to use the money saved to sign your core players to extensions and never do that (Pats).

or how bout the raiders not only passing up the opportunity to try and get culpepper and reunite him w/ randy moss, but then signing aaron brooks. then, ON TOP OF THAT, passing up on matt leinart in the draft cuz.....boo hoo....al davis doesnt like lefty qbs. i think al "win baby win" davis has gone a little senile.

Culpepper?

I mean, for one he can't even move right now, his knees are as stiff as Bledsoe's. He's also shown he can't read a defense, although he would've been a better option than Kerry Collins.

Oakland gets Brady Quinn, Chris Leak, or Matt Schaub. Detroit gets one of the left-overs.

Out of those? I'd probably take Chris Leak. -CSM
