After weeks of hearing garbage spewed out on the Internet, radio and TV about how Tony Romo is the reincarnation of Aikman and every other good cowboys QB and how they were going to win the Superbowl, they get BLOWN THE FCUK OUT by the Saints. How bout them cowboys and their trash defense, trash offense, garbage QB, over the hill coach, and overrated squad. Everyone in the VGF Pick 'em that went with Dallas is a ball-less wonder. ShyGuy owns all your asses, regardless of the scoreboard. WHO DAT? Last edited by Lurch1982; 12-24-2006 at 06:11 PM. |

I thought this would be a close game with Dallas edging out some kinda FG at the end. Damn I was wrong. I still think they'll get re-stomped by B-More in the Superbowl though. Them winning would be a cinderella story in the fullest. |

Except from the NYC tabloids, but they suck anyway. |

We'll see two Sundays from now. If your squad shows up, maybe you'll beat us, maybe not. Like I said, when we play Giants football, the Saints arent touching us. I'm sorry, but they just aren't. If our secondary plays well, and Eli plays well, Giants = Win. And trust me, I was getting just as tired of the Dallas talk as you...they barely beat an injured and downtrodden Giants team by a lucky pass for a field goal. I'm glad the Saints knocked em off, and I still think we'll win the division, if the cowboys lose next week which I think they will. |

Think about us when we are clicking on all cylinders, don't you know how dangerous we can be? Don't you see it? We ahve the #7 offense in the league, and what kills us are two things: Dropped passes and lack of execution in the redzone. We're 9th in RZA, 19th in RZP. And thank you New Orleans for shaking up the NFC playoff race, we now more than ever control our playoff chances completely. We go 10-6 and we're back in this baby on a hot-streak. Now we just need you to knock off those Giants for us. Let us at least have the 5th seed or soemthin.

I think when we play well we're better than when you play well though. Just my opinion. This is getting pretty intense at the end of the season, though. ATL, the Giants, and Philly basically fighting for those last 2 positions which will be most likely filled with 2 of them and one will miss out. I'm calling it right now that Dallas looses all of their upcoming games and miss the playoffs completely, with Philly and ATL both making it and us winning the division. Something like that always happens down the stretch. |

However, you better damn well be thanking the Saints that you have the opportunity, as if the NFC playoff chase wasn't crazy enough, they just knocked the Cowboys down to our level. Now instead of just winning to hopefully get in the playoffs, against a team that "had the division" and two teams that are fighting for playoff life, now we're looking at three playoff-implicated games. This is where Atlanta can show their true colors, if the O-line gives Vick time to throw and the WRs step up, and the right plays are called and executed correctly in the redzone (basically they go back to Week 7, 8 Atlanta). Because apparently, Vick not turning it over hasn't really effected that much seeing as we're 2-2 in his 4-game "fine I'll tuck the ball in," stretch. If this offense would punch it in half the time that they're in the redzone, they'd be a top scorer. Should we pull this four-game streak off, I'd only be even more pissed, because it shows that we should damn well be 12-4, seeing as two of those games we beat ourselves. However, in the NFC we have a legit shot to make the superbowl (only to get creamed, not to mention that we'd need for Chicago and New Orleans to get kicked out by NYG/DAL and Seattle lol). Anyone here that doesn't think Atlanta's offense has the potential to be one of the best if they executed, is retarded. |

I never though Coughlin should have been hired to begin with. Hell, he should have been dismissed weeks ago. He lost that team. Better luck next year though. You have a good core, and just pray the new GM doesn't do something stupid.
