Romo for MVP

HE SI TEH GOLDAN BOYZ WOH GOTZ IN TEH PROBAWL!1111

THIS PACTUER SHOEWS WHY ROMO SI TEH BESTAST QARTARBACK SIENCE TEH INVANCHUN OF TEH FARWARD PASS!!11

No seriously. After months of ESPN and others jamming this scrub down our throats only to have him choke the division away down the stretch, this is just the poetic ending of the Tony Romo saga.

Say what you want, but Bledseu is still a better QB, as were Quincy "I shove coke in my nose like every other player in the league" Carter, Vinny "Check me out in Tecmo Super Bowl" Testeverte, and Drew "who the fcuk am I and where the fcuk did I go" Henson.

Drew Henson is a Vikings.

Carter has worked out for the Bucs.

We all know the Old man is behind the other golden boy.

And I still think Vick should've made the probowl over Romo.

I'd put the following over Romo:

Garcia, McNabb on IR, Vick, Bulger, Alex Smith, Grossman, Hasselbeck, and maybe if I'm crazy enough Eli Manning. Romo showed me nothing, which is sad considering the dude has TO and Glenn on the same receiving roster.

And the main difference between the true golden boy (Brady) and the fake one (Romo) is that Brady doesn't make horrific, game-blowing plays like botching the easiest part of the easiest play in football.

Brees is the first team starter in the Pro Bowl, so that's a given. ;-)

Oh, phew, so he IS starting over Romo. I thought they picked Romo to start over Brees. Romo still shouldn't be playing. -CSM

I'm mad because Vick had a career season in TD passes and rushing.

He was 6th in TD passes
And like 10th in INTs thrown (as in going from the least down)
He also had 1K+ rushing and several rushign TDs, yet they give it to America's golden boy over Vick.

^Dude Vick isn't very good, not compared to some of the better. Sorry, he can throw far, but with no accuracy.

Yes I got the point, I just was saying, and I didnt know this has already happened.

Let me ask you if you've ever watched a Falcons game.

I know Vick's not the best, but he has accuracy, and major touch (biggest example, PIT and Dallas), we have wrs who don't get seperation and don't leave great windows.

Not to mention that they litteraly dropped 6 TDs and were the cause of 2 INTs, along with 6% of his passes.

60% completions, 22 TDs and 11 INTs don't sound so bad does it?

Vick's problem stems from lack of consistency and him appearing to take weeks off. If the dude is on, he can torch you on all sides of the ball. Thing is, he tends to be an abomination as a throwing QB if the opposing defense gets an early big hit or sack on him.

I think Vick's problems are also coming completely from Mora's coaching direction. Dude tried to force some bastardization of the West Coast offense on Vick and the Falcons when he's really not set up for it mentally or physically. They need to run out of either a straight up spread offense (think what New Orleans runs now) or a variation of a run-and-shoot offense (think Warren Moon), which stretch defenses and would allow Vick to just dice up the middle on QB draws or toss it to Dunn who can do the same.

Which is what I'm hoping for with Patrino. It's about time someone puts him in an offense that can fit him instaed of making him fit an offense.

So throwing the ball into the defenders hands to avoid beings sacked gives him and edge. no. He makes so many mistakes on the field, might as well put him at running back, so he can be killed there.

Sure, yeah , he's made some mistakes, all quarterbacks make mistakes.

Vick has defenders in his face .2 seconds after he snaps the ball, his receivers are never consistantly on point. I'm not saying he's perfect, but to even think that he's absolute sh*t or just plain bad is a misconception.

He's good with the potential to become one of the best. Hopefully that's what we'll get out of Patrino and Jackson (This guy exploded Chad J, Housh, and Henry into what they are now).

Vick is still a very good QB. I dont get the hate at all, actually. People still see week after week his weak receivers cant handle the bullets he throws. He had over 1000 rush yds this year and 3000 pass yards(I think), and still his receivers drop a lot of balls. Pretty good stats, and there's no doubt Vick should have been in the pro bowl over Romo.
