Talk NFL teams

Again, I ran out of ideas, so I've just decided to make a thread where you get to talk about NFL teams (all)

Browns= 2007-08 AFC North Champs.

It's obvious Frye is on the verge of a breakout season, newly acquired Adrian Peterson will have a healthy Pro-Bowler in LeCharles Bentley making holes for him. Edwards and Winslow are more than most AFC defenses can handle and Romeo is a few signings away from that impenetrable defense.

Next year is here baby.

I expect my Jets to come in second place again. Hopefully they'll make the playoffs again, but there's no way they can get past Tom Brady unless somehow they get a good QB. -CSM

My division picks are......
AFC:

North: Ravens, defineatley (sp) Offense and Defense are what they've got. No others can keep up with them in the division.

South: Colts. Dont belive me? look at where they are this year. Next year may be no different.

East: Dolphins. I predict more luck next year.

West: Chargers. dont have a lot to worry about other than Kansas City.

NFC:

North: Bears. Picking easily.

South: Saints. Panthers, Falcons, Bucs have just lost it lately.

East: Eagles. period.

West: Rams. Who knows? big things can happen when you least expect them. Seahawks have lost a little lately.

Yeah, only two teams who I pick have not won their divisions this year, but Im calling it now.

I'm finally seeing an Arizona turnaround. They probably won't win the division (SF), but I could see them sneaking into the playoffs. They have far too much talent to be dwelling at the bottom.

NFC should make themselves look a bit better next season. San Francisco, Arizona, Atlanta, Washington, and Minnesota should be back into the swing of things.

Don't go giving the Saints the NFC south yet, Atlanta's coming through with probably the most offensive potential in the league, and hopefully a coach that can utilize it. New Orleans and Atlanta will be the two teams in the NFC South that probably make the playoffs, seeing as Delhomme has hit some wall that NO ONE saw coming, and Tampa Bay has just NEVER had a quarterback that was at least on par with the rest of the league's quarterbacks. The NFC East will probably take the reigns as the most competitive divisoin, seeing as J. Campbell is coming along quite nicely, and McNabb will be back. The question on my mind is will Romo's success from the regular season return, or will he fluke out from arrogance? The Giants are a coin flip, I want to see if Coughlin can get those guy's attention, and well-dressed Amani Toomer will be back.

NFC West confuses me, because they can be the toughest division next season, but something tells me they won't fulfill this destiny. Seattle might slide a bit, even though they looked alright this postseason, I wouldn't be surprised to see Seneca Wallace gone and in a city like Oakland next season (absolute pwnage if Oakland can get it right). San Francisco looked great towards mid-season, and I really believe Nolan has these guys on the right page right now, and all Arizona needs is a line before they pwn everyone.

In The AFC, I think the North will be the toughest out of an already tough conference. I actually agree wtih SG about the Browns, however, not as division champs, I think they can back into the playoffs with a winning record IF everyone stays healthy, and Frye is ready to make that stride. I have heard rumors though, about Schaub going to Cleveland, though I think that's unlikely. Ravens will still pwn unless McNair just all the sudden implodes, and Tomlin will have that Steelers D back to championship form (you see what he did to Minnesota?). Cincinnatti needs to worry about bail money.

The East looks like a fun one, because JP Losman, he's making progress, and that now throws the Bills into the mix, along with the Dolphins, who I believe will have a battle between the Lemon and Culpepper. Pats'll be the Pats, and the Jets are looking pretty damn good themselves.

The South, I think Indianapolsi will be back on top of things, however, Tennessee will be close behind, and if Jacksonville can find out which of those 3 is going to be their quarterback (I honestly believe Q.G. should get the call), it should be one heck of a battle. Houston still bothers me because they have all the tools (except a line problem, and not taking Bush and keepin him out the NFCS), yet they can't do anything. IT seemed as if they were LIMITING Carr from throwing.

The West, Cutler will have Denver back in the mix of things, and hopefully Trent Green will recover from that concussion. I know he wants a ring bad, seeing as his career is about at its end (I give him 2 more seasons max). SD, no question, tehy'll be back, as long as Rivers doesn't blow it, they've got LT.
Oakland is the only REAL question, will Lane Kiffin be the answer for this team? Are they going to keep everyone on the offense? Will Moss stay? Will Brooks stay? Porter?
