The Giants win the pennant

Or NFC Chumpionship. In spite of godawful calls by the refs that cost the Gnats a TD and gave the Pack a TD, Eli played excellent and proved that he is, in fact, the better Manning since he got to a game that it took his brother almost a decade to do.

Let's see how badly this confuses the mainstream media as they use codewords they usually reserve for chumps like Trent Dilfer and Brad Johnson.

Root for the Giants. Root like hell.

Okay. Now this is the Super Bowl I didn't want. The big whiner Eli and his trash talking buddies Shockey and Burress, or Shady Brady and Bill Belicheat. I choose the Giants in the end, because they did something I really wanted to see: kick Tony Romo's ass. And also, I have a severe distaste for the Patriots for the same reasons as the Clots.

While my friends are going to be drinking lots of beer and eating wings and pizza and getting full, I'm going to stick to these:

I might have to use the whole bottle. And lots and lots of water.

(I wrote this at the same time Lurch did, Andre). -CSM

I can't believe that kicker mad that 47-yarder in that weather, damn. I was pulling for the Pack too. -_-

Excellent game at the end though, regardless of the refs.

As much as I really want the Pats to lose in two weeks, I'm not too confident that the G-Men can beat them. Sure, they looked mighty impressive over the last 4 weeks, but I still don't see how they win. They'll be lucky to keep it as close as they did the first time.

Brad Johnson > Most of the QBs ever to make it to the superbowl.

I would say he's the best scrub ever.

Dilfer, yeah, Dilfer was a scrub, and don't even get me started on codewords.

The Bills will be back when Ralph Wilson dies of old age and they move up to Toronto where they can afford to pay more for good players never.

Trent Edwards ftw?

I see they've been approved to play in Toronto for a game next season.

^^Not unless they give him another receiver or a really good tight end. Not much a QB can do when all his receivers are under 5'11''.

I'm all for the one game in Toronto business if it can keep the Bills in Buffalo, but as soon as Wilson dies they're going up to the highest bidders, and guess where they live.
