NBC sports: The Olympics, the US Golf Open, and....Notre Dame Football?

Awful Announcing: NBC Sticking With The Irish Through 2015

I'm sorry, but you do NOT equate Notre Dame football with the prestige of the Olympics, especially when Notre Dame football is a joke. They can renew their contract all they want (which is of course losing ratings faster than a cheetah), but they can't equate this sad program with something as important as the Olympics. -CSM

They are equated actually, since they both mean nothing anymore. Makes perfect sense to me.

I have to agree with ShyGuy. While I love the Olympics, barely anybody else gives a **** anymore.

^^Well, the summer Olympics do suck, but the Winter Olympics are a godsend because of downhill skiing.

And Shyguy: the only country where people don't care about the Olympics is the United States. -CSM
