I had fun when I heard the news, because I was by my Packer-loving friend.

And maybe now the Lions can beat the Pack in Green Bay.

I kinda wanted him to win one more superbowl so Peyton Manning doesn't get hailed as the greatest QB of all time. -CSM

AFL FTW!

No, but seriously, I'm surprised, even though it was bound to happen. It'll be interesting to see what they do.

BTW, this is now Detroit's division to lose....again.

Yeah, I can see Detroit at the bottom of the division this year. I hope Rodgers is up for the challenge of filling Favre's shoes.

Oh, man. Rodgers. Haha.

It won't really sink in that I'm sad that Favre retired until next football season. It's like losing your insurance policy.

Unhappy

Maybe the Dolphins can actually beat the Pack now.

Ahahahahahaha, but seriously folks, it'd be great if the 'Fins could beat anyone.

Growing up, I was never a huge Packers fan, but you've got to respect Brett Favre. He was a great quarterback and deserved every amount of praise he got. I've heard Bears fans talk about what a truly amazing he was as quarterback, even as an all-around person. The league won't be the same without him, man. It'll be weird to see someone else taking the snap from now on.
