Goal Line Blitz

I stumbled upon this game a few months back, and it's pretty awesome. Basically, you create your own football players, sign with teams, and every couple days a game is simulated. You can even purchase your own teams if you want. I thought it'd be pretty cool to possibly get a VGF team together. Check it out here.

I'm on it, but it's not great, not a fan of a system where you have to pay cash to be great.

Neither have I, but in the first season when everyone started even, I was decent, but as things continued and everyone else in my conference/division/league paid more and more, I got worse.

I was one of the highest rated QBs last season, but I was worst in my division.

You "pay" with flex points, though. Not cash...

You CAN buy flex points cash, but that's not to only way to get them.

Unless I'm completely missing something, which I could be.

There's no way to get more flex points other than buying or recruiting.

You get them as a gift for holidays and at the end of each season as well.

Still, I don't really see how huge of a difference they make when you can only boost 3 levels per season by using them.

They can make a huge difference.

Put it this way, I only boosted twice in all (3) of my guy's seasons (entering the 4th), there are guys who are 7 boosts ahead of me.
