Brady is out for the year.

Wow...I just won my division in my school's fantasy league.

All of a sudden the AFC is wide open. As a football fan, you hate to see a quarterback like him go down like that. As a Bills fan however....

I actually think the Jets can win the AFC East now.

Well this sucks. I chose Brady in a fantasy draft, my favorite team ends his season, then they lose.

My main competitor had Brady as his QB, haha, I would've grabbed him if I wasn't worried about his foot.

Accept I think the Bills looked better playing against a team that, you know, won more than one game last year. I still think that Favre's move to the Jets is waaaaaaaaay too over-rated. He's 39, has to learn a new system, and is playing on a team that was 4-12. I'm not one for thinking that one player changes a team from a bottom feeder to a Superbowl wannabe, no matter who that player is.

J-E-T-S I hope. I saw some of Brett today; he looked okay, but it was against Miami. If he can beat the Pats next week I'll consider him for real. -CSM

^^Actually, when I said that, I had forgotten the Bills were in that division too.

Its either the time of the loser that didn't take a snap in college or Phil Simm's kid after he works out for the Pats tomorrow. I could probably walk into NE and throw 35 TDs.

I bet Daunte is contemplating un-retiring now...

Bills will win that division.

Pats will still win the division. Too many offensive weapons, and they can just run with Maroney more.

^Would you still think the Colts a top team if they started Jim Sorgi instead of Peyton Manning? Or how about Mark Brunell instead of Drew Brees in New Orleans? What if Dallas lost Tony Romo? If they don't have a competent enough to give them the ball, then defenses can just tee off on the running game because they know they can't be beaten by the quarterback. A 17-10 win over the Chiefs does not say to me that Cassel is going to be able to be able to win the division for them.

I guess we'll just have to see where they stand next week against the Jets. If they lose, I say they finish third.

Well, look at it this way:
Brad Johnson in Dallas could do as much damage as Romo, guy made his bread and butter in the pocket.
Quinn Gray showed he was competent enough to lead the Jags to a 3-1 record under his command last season....that's with no receiving threats whatsoever.
New Orleans would be screwed
At least Cassel has some pretty good WRs in Randy Moss and Wes Welker to help him along.

They'll probably finish second due to some young mistakes by Cassel, but I won't say they won't be competitive.

Buffalo looked absolutely ridiculous yesterday, special teams was awesome, defense was great, Trent Edwards looked like he won't be a flop. If this team continue to execute like that, they'll find their way to the playoffs or even the AFC Championship.

I just picked up Cassel. Hopefully that won't turn out to bite me in the ass.
