You're in no condition to run a team.

You would think he would know a young team is going to take time to develop, and Lane Kiffin would have probably done well turning them into a contender in due time. Way to just screw your franchise over again.

I know what he means to the Raiders and NFL as a whole, but at one point, you're no longer able (sane) to do it anymore, and he's reached that point.

Kiffin is awful. He was an awful hire at the time for a head coaching position, and he should have been ****canned after last year. First, he does that whining/making crap up to the press thing, then he attempts a SEVENTY THREE YARD FIELD GOAL. Right there, for cause to get ****canned. That is just mindbogglingly stupid. They had like 30 seconds and a timeout. They could have downed the ball, called timeout and taken a deep shot, or do anything but kick a 73 yard FG INTO THE WIND.

I'm glad that Davis is looking into hiring a Football Op Executive to help bring players in and try and remove himself from the spotlight a little. Players have said that intensity picks up in practice when Al Davis steps out onto the field, they seem to ignore the coach and play for Al, that's really not what you want.

The team has a young core, I just would hate to see it go to waste with him firing another coach.

Dude the 73 yard FG was all Al's idea
