I don't get why Nuggets gave away Marcus Camby, he was like a top 5 defender on a team with no other defense.

I really hope that The Pistons have a good season and don't go on and off like they usually do.

Name the last team who centered the offense around a point guard to win the NBA Finals.

Peja's not the second best on the team. David "You'll know who I am by the end of the year" West is.

The answer was Zeke Thomas' Pistons in the 80s btw. Outside of them, I'm not really sure of a PG driven team that's won a title.

AI traded to Detroit for McDyess and Billups. Helps the Pistons more than the Nuggets.

I guess I like the Pistons now.

That's the thing I don't like about the NBA. If you don't have a team that's in your state or close to where you live, then you don't really have a favorite team. You have favorite players.

The Pistons did not have a playmaker, which is probably the only good thing the Pistons got out of this. They now lost their most clutch shooter, and their top reserve for one playmaker. I am really interested to see how this plays out.

How is this thread still stickied? Andre can you change this to "2009 NBA Playoffs thread?"

I've been enjoying the playoffs this year. Some great games. Boston-Chicago series and today's game in Dallas where Melo scored the game winning 3. -CSM

^Only because the NBA admitted the refs screwed up and missed the intentional foul the Mavs had to give...

The officiating in the playoffs has been so atrocious that I've actually been watching hockey instead.

Go Rockets! All-star players hurt? Bad-ass, finger-wagging old man hurt? No problem!
