Even then, Buffalo would pretty much only move to Toronto. New Orleans is either San Antonio or Los Angeles. The rest are more likely to go back to LA because of ties to the area or lack of a better option (Minnesota). Unfortunately the Lions will remain in Detroit and fester. |

They have some talent, they just can't seem to make it work. Smith has broken out recently, Culpepper is a deep ball threat and won't fumble as much as Kitna. |

After the Bills, its a tough call. The Bay Area team leases expire in 2010 I think, but the Niners were already tapped to potentially move into Santa Clara or something. Oakland moving again is entirely dependent on Davis. I'm not sure the league would let them, preferring to wait for him to die and get a more agreeable owner in place before letting Davis ruin relations with two locations. Rams are an interesting one because of the ownership flux. They could easily move back to LA or get pushed into San Antonio. The teams that need stadiums all have a reprieve from the economic downturn. Its an almost impossible sell to push new stadium projects during a recession. If Minnesota's stadium falls through completely, they'll probably relocate. San Diego would probably be the best "To LA" team due to the close proximity, history, and overall painless factor of it. New Orleans is a problem waiting to happen. The Superdome is old and ****ty by NFL standards and should have been replaced 10 years ago. The state/city won't replace it and have all intents of using it until it collapses or the team leaves. | |
