If this can distract ESPN from running every possible Super Bowl storyline into the ground for even just a little bit, it's a success. Kind of dumb moving it away from Hawaii, what are they going to do when it's in Detroit, but I understand that they are trying to make it part of the weeklong festivities. |

If they want to make it bigger, make the pre-game festivities bigger and more attractive, put something else behind the game that hte fans would care about.... Or even hold the game before the pre-season, contact is limited anyway, might as well try it.

By the time the pro bowl normally happens, I'm so far out of football mode that I won't turn it on. If anything, they should push skills competitions more than the game. It sucks for Hawaii that they're losing the Pro Bowl, but it works for everyone else. Hawaii having it for 30 years is sort of like the College World Series permanently in Nebraska: great for the host site but a pain in the ass for anyone else (granted, odds are much higher of me going to Hawaii than Nebraska). |

They could risk injury which is a serious problem. The best thing to do is have it in the middle of the season like they do with every other sport. -CSM |

The only thing I could think of is a game in the summer or a month after the season is over. Allow players to rest and get their legs under them, and allow fans to get their football fix. |

Middle of the season is horrible because the last think I'd want to see is my team's star player injured on some freak hit play.
