Kurt Warner stopped sucking (and replaced Matt Leinart for some reason I don't know because I don't follow the NFL until December) and now they apparently have a defense. But I doubt they'd be able to get past Asante Samuel, Troy Polamalu, or Ed Reed led secondaries. -CSM |

He has one of the greatest passer ratings of all time, and one of the best career completion percentages. He is the leader Leinart couldn't be, and he refrained from making the mistakes Leinart did. When you have a team ready to win, you seem to have less patience to wait for development (see Tennessee). The defense has forced teams into mistakes as of late, and is capitalizing off of them. With that said, I see a close game happening on Sunday, but I see Philly edging Arizona out. |

Not just because I'm a bitter Giants fan(Well...maybe a little) but Mcnabb/Westbrook have a tendency to just dissapear in some games. They didn't play that great against us at all..we just killed ourselves. If they play like that vs Arizona they'll lose. |

Should still be a great game, regardless of winner, but I'll be surely in awe if Arizona pulls yet another upset. | |

Aaron Rodgers and his crew will show up to the Cardinals/Eagles game at halftime and the world's first three-way football game will break out. If Kurt Warner and Donovan McNabb are smart, they'll coat the football with kryptonite. |

The Giants always won games with defense. And the reason Westbrook was kept out of the game was because the Giants focused all their attention on him. Notice how the Eagles completed half their third and longs? Everyone was focused on Westbrook they left everyone else open! -CSM |

We didn't blitz enough on 3rd and long. Instead we tried to use the 3 man rush when they needed 20 yards and Mcnabb sat in the pocket for 10 seconds and found the open receiver. |

From worst to Detroit: Houston (.357, no playoff appearances, est 2002) Tampa (.398, 1 championship, 10 appearances, est 1976) Atlanta (.411, 0 championships, 9 appearances, 1 super bowl appearance, est 1966) New Orleans (.411, 0 championships 6 appearances, est 1967) Arizona (.413, 2 pre-super bowl championships, 7 appearances, charter franchise from 1920) Cincinnati (.435, 0 championships, 8 appearances, est. 1968) NYJets (.452, 1 championship, 12 appearances, est. 1960) Detroit (.462, 4 championships, 14 appearances, est. 1930) So yeah, the worst franchise in the NFL is 3/4ths of the NFC South. And believe me when I say, most of these wins for Atlanta, New Orleans, and especially Tampa have come in the last 20 years. The Texans are too new to really toss under the bus as crappy. Arizona is pitiful considering it was an original franchise. You'd figure they'd at least tard up and get lucky at some point. Last edited by Lurch1982; 01-14-2009 at 09:17 PM.
