Mistake. Should've stayed with Thigpen, instead of trying to spend money/picks on a guy who's, IMO, unproven.

Yeah Thigpen wasn't doing that bad. But it's not like they gave away all that much for him and Vrabel

^^If you look at it optimistically, Kansas has a starting QB in Cassel, a quality backup QB with Thigpen, a veteran linebacker with Vrabel, and they can still fill another hole with the 3rd overall pick. I think it was a good move for a single second round pick. It's not like they bet this year's draft on the guy.

I'm only unhappy because now that frees up $14 million more for New England to spend on free agents.
