He doesn't WANT it uncapped, but at this point it is the lesser of two evils. Either there is going to be a lockout, or he's got ot leave it uncapped. Dallas and big market teams have an opportunity to dominate next season.

Patented CSM late to the party post.

The owners opted out of the CBA. As said, they had a choice between a lockout or an uncapped year. This has been on the wall for at least two years now.

I think they're still going to have a strike/lockout unless the union still lacks balls to push for guaranteed contracts. Expect replacement players in 2011.
