This goes for anyone as well, favorite player or not. Let me hear em! I'll give one, Eli Manning's 4th quarter performance in the Superbowl back after the 2007 season is his crowning moment of awesome IMO. Until that point, he was just Peyton's little brother who was too nonchalant to get anything done. |

Anyway I'm going with Hakim Warrick's block in the '03 national title game or Kenny Nims' heads-up goal with 4 seconds to go in the '09 lacrosse national title game to tie it up. -CSM |

The entire series was incredible, but to come from behind against Rivera was just incredible. |

Leaning up against the ropes and just letting Foreman unload on him, Ali just deflected and absorbed his punches, letting the future grill salesman tire himself out, allowing for Ali to KO him in the 8th round. |

Also the last two Stanley Cup finals have been really good. But I think the moment that sticks out in my head was a Pistons game a few years back where there were like two seconds left, and the other team had the ball. Chauncey Billups steals the ball and passes it to Rasheed Wallace, who makes a full-court shot to tie up the game. Pistons won in overtime. Probably the best game I've ever been at. |

Another great crowning moment of awesome: Jarvis Cocker interrupting Michael Jackson's performance at the 1995 BRIT awards, where Jackson was portraying himself as a Christ figure. | |

Of course, I'm not sure if I liked that play better than the hook-and-ladder play that got them the touchdown in the first place, but it gets points for ending the game. |
