WEEK 1, Go for it:
THU: MIN @ NO
SUN: CLE @ TB, MIA @ BUF, CIN @ NE, IND @ HOU, DEN @ JAC, ATL @ PIT, OAK @ TEN, CAR @ NYG, DET @ CHI, ARI @ STL, GB @ PHI, SF @ SEA, DAL @ WAS
MON: BAL @ NYJ, SD @ KC

Andre's picks:
THU: MIN @ NO – Saints - Minnesota is banged up, this may get ugly if Favre’s ankle can’t hold up.
CLE @ TB – Buccaneers – They’re better than everyone thinks. Freeman is working his way to becoming a solid NFL starter. Give them a few years with Raheem Morris and they could be back to their (brief) glory days
MIA @ BUF – Dolphins – No brainer. Henne > All of Buffalo’s QBs, Brown/Williams > Spiller, and Dolphins defense > Bills offense. Gailey has a major headache on hand.
CIN @ NE – Bengals – Patriots still have a lot to figure out on defense, and Maroney has a lot to prove. I don’t think Brady gets it done against the Bengals D.
IND @ HOU – Colts – Close game, but Houston goes 1 for 16 against Indy. Shootout.
DEN @ JAC – Jacksonville – Jones-Drew will eat this depleted defense alive, solid game by Garrard proves enough for J’Ville
ATL @ PIT – Atlanta – Bias aside, Falcons defense is better, and Dixon really hasn’t shown much outside of being able to control the game. Pitt is going to miss Big Ben.
OAK @ TEN – Titans – Vince Young has something to say to those who think he still can’t play QB.
CAR @ NYG – Giants – Matt Moore is good, and Steve Smith is back, but the Carolina rushing attack is going to take a little to get going
DET @ CHI – Lions - Stafford proved he can play in the NFL last year, now he wants to win some more games. Suh is going to give Cutler problems, and Delmas is good for a pick this week.
ARI @ STL – Cardinals – Wisenhunt is taking a gamble going with “I-only-throw-down-the-field” Anderson, expect a Max Hall sighting by Week 10. Team is still better than St. Louis.
GB @ PHI – Packers – If McNabb was still on this team, I would consider them winning the game, but he’s not, he’s in D.C., and Aaron Rodgers is going to have a field day anyway
SF @ SEA – 49ers – This is the year for Singletary, Alex Smith now has Troy Smith looking over his shoulder, got to get it together. Niners have an easy waltz to the playoffs.
DAL @ WAS – Cowboys – Redskins still have a lot of unanswered problems.
BAL @ NYJ – Ravens – Best WR core in Baltimore history, and it’s not even that great aside from Boldin, but good enough to get the win. Physical team, expect an ugly game.
SD @ KC – Chargers - Rivers welcomes Berry to the league.

NO - I somehow get the feeling Favre's starting streak ends this season...
TB
BUF - Homer pick alert. To respectfully disagree with Andre, I'd say Spiller-Jackson-Lynch > Williams-Brown, it's just that the Dolphins have a far better offensive line. I just think it'll be closer than people give it credit for.
NE
IND
JAC - Can anyone tell me what the hell McDaniels is doing over there?
ATL
TEN
NYG
DET - Preseason or not, Cutler looks awful.
ARI
GB
SF
DAL
BAL - Count me in the camp that thinks that Rex Ryan has just created a media nightmare for the Jets this season.

I'm done making homer picks for the rest of the year. They better draft a QB next year because Trent Checkwards absolutely blows.
