I'm getting a feeling death threats don't work. We need to try something else. Being that I'm too lazy to actually make a comic, here's a few suggestions:

Try some postive reinforcement: one cookie per UMB comic!
Make him think he is dead, then get somebody to dress up as God and tell him to update UMB (at that note, I hope DZ isn't reading this right now to figure out the scheme)
Just kill him and update our(by which I mean you guys)selves

Just being supportive and lazy.

You know, I noticed it's more fun to joke that the comic's never updated than it is to actually read the comic.

Also (I promise this is the last one), I hope you realize that knife isn't exactly aimed at DZ's head, but rather right above it. DONE!

Beyond these details, it's a pretty funny one-panel comic. You don't even have to know what you're threatening him about.
