I'm on the school computer (Which is different from what I make my Comics on), and it's just fine. It's not loading slowly at all.

I can't see the problem.

Images are poorly compressed. PNGs can range from just a bit smaller than bitmaps when made by Paint to smaller than GIFs when made up of the right material and compressed.

My computer only loads a certain number of pictures and then I have to refresh the page to get the rest, and it takes forever the first time.

Unless "Elements" can shrink the size, I'm afraid I'm unable to do anything about this.

I can optimize them, 'cuz I rock.

Even JPG is no match for my PNG device, which reduces the file size by about 15 kb.

From 1.4 MB to 440 KB. That's about 1/5th the size.

Your image editor must suck

Your recent comics have a lot of disparate elements. Also, something must have broken in your MSPaint, mine usually saves in an at least partially conservative PNG format; yours basically halves the size of the BMP, making it more like 2.1 MB for a picture I then compressed down to 660 kb.

Dial-up users get hammered hard by this, as they load the pictures at 6 kb/s. So they take 110 seconds to see my picture... and 7 minutes to see yours...

I think it's Photobucket, because my Original image is 91.9 KB and Photobucket's version is 1388 KB.

I need to look into this more.

Edit: Yeah, I'm seeing a pattern of, my Originals are 47.0 to 500 KB, and Photobucket is doubling the file size on me. Is there any way to remedy this, or is the fault still mine?

Guess you need a new image host or something. My programs were warning me that something broke the format and made it invalid, so I'm betting Photobucket is doing it.

Find a new host and try again, 91 kb is still large but not something you'd get complaints over.
