My latest sprite comic!

The Doomsday of Nintendo. Trust me, it's a lot of work, and time (going back and forth between sprite sheets A LOT).

Can anyone see it?

Good job, but some of the text and sprites look blurry (especially the pink).

1. Never, EVER save as a .jpg. PNGs are good.
2. Text would look bad even if it wasn't a .jpg
3. If you're going to put some stuff in text boxes, put everything in text boxes.
4. MSPaint backgrounds aren't good.
5. Blank space is a no-no.
6. That being said, lines between panels could be a little bit smaller. That may get you less blank space.

Not necessarily. If you have good technique, you could make a decent Paint background. The key is finding a style that matches your sprites.

Yeah, too light a background there.

1.Yeah, I've noticed how .jpg affects color. Yes, the rest of the comic is in PNG. I think.
2.Really?
3.What do you mean? Oh, yeah, I totally forgot. I thought the newspeople's text was clear, so I didn't think to put boxes there. :P
4.Yeah, it's just color?
5.Definitely.
6.Okay, I'll keep THAT in mind.

So what did you LIKE about the comic?

(Sidenote: where's the Mod? Did he post?)

Hmm... better. Could still use some improvement, though.

Might want to add another panel.

Also, some of the sprites look kinda bad close-up.

First of all, no I didn't.

Second, you can't ask people to post what they like about your comic if they don't like it. Or if it's not very good. Both apply here.

I think it's a good start, and much better now that I can read all of it. You should consider making Luigi's text dark though.

YES, I will do that.

What for?

Well, I've got part 2 ready. I edited it shortly a while ago.

I'll automatically answer a few questions:
#1. In panel 6, the Fly Guy was speaking.
#2. Panels 7-8, Peach ran to Mario when he was hit, and he stood up right in front of her.
#3. When Bowser's KCC transforms, Peach manages to be just offscreen, for the KCC moves towards Mario during transformation.

Add panel because there's room for it.

For WHAT!? Spare Panels would probably be asked to be removed, anyway.

^No, continue the story. No need to end it when you have another space.

But that part of the story is done. As it says, the fight is up next, and that takes dozens of squares.
