I have issues with your comic, which will no doubt deter everyone from reading it:

Panels are empty and have badly scaled sprites. With sprites, you want to make sure that you're not just scaling it freehand, and also avoid embarrassing gaffs like having a backwards "L" on Luigi's hat.
The text is hard to read, especially Luigi's light green on white text. It is too small and otherwise illegible.
They're BMP files, which are enormous. You want to use GIF or PNG for sprite comics - if you're using MSPaint, you can do a "Save as..." and choose one of those filetypes.

OK, now I'll add my thoughts.

1. Try to avoid blank space at all costs. It really doesn't look good.
2. I'm glad that you decided to use textboxes, but they could be assembled better. Try using the rounded rectangle tool (if you're using MSpaint, it's on the bottom-right of the toolbox).
3. The Luigi sprite looks rather slender. Try to stretch it in multiples of 100.
4. Also, the hand-drawn sprite isn't very good. It looks like you put effort into it, and that's good, but there's white space in it and the pose looks akward.

That's all I see wrong with it, visually.

I never even did that before. I did copy on the picture, and clicked on insert image. It wouldn't let me paste.

By the way, that hand-drawn sprite I have in this issue is named Punk Dude.

I don't know what happened, but something messed up, so I'll make another comic to show what happened in the other panels

No, that is not good at all. Peach is awesome. Maybe Daisy, but Peach dying is nothing awesome at all. Maybe if it's ShadowPrincess15 fanfic Peach (a character none of you comic forum lurkers will know, but trust me, it's horrid,) it would be okay, but this is not special at all.

No effort has been put into a comic that has been done sooo many times before.
