Illusion of Gaia was a fun game. You all should try it. It's kind of like Zelda in the gameplay, but you also have some skills and spells and stuff you learn. So...yay.

Freedan was awesome, but Shadow was awesomer.

This was a pretty cool game. The hardest enemies are the Vampires and the Final Boss, but the Vampires aren't bad once you take out one of them.

And Freedan is cool.

The vampires do suck. They're probably the hardest bosses in the game, mainly because of the time limit. You fight them again later on, but without the stupid time bomb. Yay.

And the first time I went in, I actually took out the male. But then the timer was getting extremely low, and the female beat me. Now, I can't take either of them out without watching Freedan vanish and having to reset the game.

Hmmm... The time limit was never a problem for me. I just beat the crap out of one of them, avoiding their double attack when necessary, and beat the other one at my leisure. Sure, they were hard, but not controller-bashing hard.

Here's an odd thing about Illusion of Gaia:

I have a video game history book called "High Score". It has some pages dedicated entirely to video game screenshots. One of them is Illusion of Gaia, but for whatever reason it's the item menu. My, what an interesting screenshot..

Of course, what do you expect from a book that has screens of the final bosses to Soul Blazer, Crystalis, and I think Lufia (of course, Crystalis' manual blows the final boss), and a screen of the menu of weapons you can get in the first town in Dragon Warrior?

What do these Skitty find so facinating? The Super Nintendo Super Shire! Go there to find out what facinates them so much!
