My friend's really bugging me. (On topic)

I went to my friend's house to show him Final Fantasy 9. When I start a new game, he said "Hey! Square ripped him off of DBZ!!". Just because Zidane has a tail doesn't mean that square ripped off of DBZ, and when he went into trance, he insisted that they ripped off of DBZ because he said he looked like a Super Saiyen, I didn't say anything about that when I first played the game, But I did think he was a girl until I got to name him [img]redface.gif[/img] . (he did get a few laughs when I named Zidane "BITE ME" Then when we're fighting Baku for the first time, he said that Blank was ripped off of Auron. Well which came first, 9 or 10? As I recall, 9, so shouldn't he be saying that Auron was ripped off of Blank because of the way he hold's his sword? Then when we first get Garnet/Dagger in battle, he says "Hey! Square must have ripped Garnet off of Tifa!" Um, As I recall, Tifa has BROWN hair, and Garnet/Dagger has BLACK hair, and when I told him that, he said "Then they must have ripped Tifa off of Chi-chi.", which had no point at all. Then after he stupidly lost to Black Waltz, he said it was my turn, so I load up one of my files (This my other memory card so I was only at the part where you first meet Kuja), so After I beat Beatrix, he points out that Kuja looks like Sephiroth. Reality check here, First off, Kuja wears Gray or white, Sephiroth wears black, and has longer hair, and Kuja doesn't even have a weapon, he just uses magical attacks (For example, flare star), and as I recall, Sephiroth doesn't wear Make-up, unless that was some deleted scene. , And also, he didn't even SEE sephiroth in FF7, he only got to the part where Tifa joins your party and switched it off.

Ugh, I had to say that.

Also, He wanted me to show the ending, and so I loaded up that file where I was at the end of the Crystal world, and he said that I had used Codebreaker because all of my characters were at level 99 and had their ultimate weapons. Well, When I beat the game for the first time, everyone was at level 50+, lowest level character in my party was Steiner at level 51, and beforehand, My friend gave me a codebreaker for kicks when I told him that I bought Final Fantasy Tactics, and one of my other friend Katie comes over and Hacks it and stupidly saves >_<, well I didn't argue about him with that, and then I reach Trance Kuja, he is completley shocked, because now he looks nothing like Sephiroth, and he noticed that Kuja wasn't hiding his tail anymore, and I tell him that he went into trance, and then he said "Gosh, he's so ugly, they should have used him to defeat cell! Just one look at Super Saiyen Kuja would have made Cell commit suicide!" And then when I reach the part where Necron is speaking to Zidane, he says that one of his lines was ripped off of Star wars, and when we fight Necron himself, he said that Necron was ripped off of Seymour's 4th transformation, Well, he does kinda look like Seymour's 4th transformation, only if you take out the spinny elenemtal slot thingies, I personally think he looks more like Chaos.

Does your friend associate DBZ with everything like that ALL the time? That would annoy the hell out of me.

Your friend is too stupid to play RPGs. I'm sorry but if he keeps saying an FF9 character ripped off an FF10 character i'd hide all the sharp objects. Smack him upside the head and let him know his mistake.

Vash: Yes he does, he has the ability to find a DBZ rip off in just about everything, like when I died my hair blonde and spiked it, he said that I was making fun of Vegitto, and when I ate a Carramello bar in just 2 bites, he said that I reminded him of Majjin Buu, and when we were watching Cyborg 009, he said that 007 was ripped off of Nappa because he's bald. God he's annoying.

I must restate that your friend is an idiot. i'm this lcose to closing the topic because discussing your friends fan boy tendencies is getting irritating. Next thing you know he will say parts of the original Final Fantasy ripped off FFX.
